Reline IT Solutions

System Administrator | IT Project & Implementation

2026–Present

The environment is a set of active client systems with mixed cloud and on-prem infrastructure, where the main requirement is to keep services stable while rolling out changes safely.

  • Responsible for Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure, Google Workspace, Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, and DHCP in day-to-day operations.
  • Handled Tier 2/3 issues and production incidents, with focus on root-cause troubleshooting and safe resolution under pressure.
  • Managed FortiGate rules, VPNs, allowed domains, APs, endpoint security, backup tools, and VMware ESXi across client environments.
  • Planned onboarding, migrations, and new environment setup with distribution through Atera, Active Directory, and Azure.

OutcomeThe work centers on keeping environments usable, secure, and ready for change instead of letting support become reactive.

02

Reline IT Solutions

IT Specialist

2024–2026

This earlier role covered day-to-day support for common business systems where fast troubleshooting and clear handover were the main expectations.

  • Supported Microsoft 365, Active Directory, printers, scanners, networking, and server issues for users and internal teams.
  • Worked across routine incidents, onboarding tasks, and infrastructure maintenance in a production setting.
  • Built familiarity with the systems and support patterns that later fed into larger implementation and administration work.

OutcomeThe role created the operational base for the more advanced administration and implementation responsibilities that followed.

Selected project Case study

Microsoft 365 Tenant Separation

Separated a shared Microsoft 365 environment with three domains into standalone tenants for roughly 70 users.

Result

The migration completed successfully and users kept working through the change.

Environment

A shared tenant with three domains and production users still active during planning.

Responsibility

Split the environment without turning the change into downtime or a messy handoff.

Execution

Created the new tenant, moved mailboxes and OneDrive data with BitTitan, connected the domains, updated DNS, assigned licensing, and checked security settings after the cutover.

Outcome

The tenant separation was completed cleanly while preserving continuity for the user base.

Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 Migration

Moved a client from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, including mail and data migration plus Azure-based deployment of support tools.

Result

Users moved onto Microsoft 365 with the new environment and DNS already in place.

Environment

An existing Google Workspace setup that needed to be moved into Microsoft 365 without losing access to mail and files.

Responsibility

Prepare the new Microsoft 365 environment and keep the move structured.

Execution

Migrated mail and Google Drive data to OneDrive, configured DNS, and deployed Sophos and Atera through Azure.

Outcome

The client transitioned to Microsoft 365 with the core services ready for day-to-day use.

Security Deployment with Sophos MDR

Built a repeatable rollout path for Sophos MDR agents using Atera RMM and tracked the deployment through completion.

Result

The rollout became easier to manage and easier to verify across endpoints.

Environment

A client onboarding path that required endpoint protection to be rolled out in a controlled way.

Responsibility

Make the deployment reliable instead of handling each machine manually.

Execution

Used a script through Atera to deploy the agent, then monitored the rollout and checked that the endpoints were caught successfully.

Outcome

Deployment was standardized and could be tracked instead of guessed.

Full Client IT Onboarding

Set up Microsoft 365, backups, and endpoint security for a new client environment, with support during the handover period.

Result

The client entered production with a working base for support, security, and recovery.

A new client environment that needed core services established before handover.

Responsibility

Create a usable setup instead of just installing tools.

Execution

Configured Microsoft 365, set up mail and server backups, deployed Sophos MDR through the Domain Controller, and configured Acronis backups for servers.

Outcome

The onboarding ended with a clear operational base and support around the transition.

Sagarno Product Work

A personal product for managing queues and business activity, built around practical workflows rather than feature bloat.

Result

The product direction is clear: keep the experience simple, handle availability and operations cleanly, and expand the system in a controlled way.

What exists

Core product thinking, queue flow logic, and the first operational structure.

What I did

Worked on the business flow, availability thinking, backend connections, Redis, Docker, and API-based integration points.

What is still in development

Additional modules, visual polish, and a fuller production-ready product surface.

Why it matters

It shows product thinking, technical execution, and a clean way to reason about operations and UX.

Server Monitoring and Security Study Lab

A practical Ubuntu monitoring project that checked disks, RAM, systemd services, Docker containers, backend health, Redis, Telegram alerts, and exposure risk.

Result

Useful as a learning lab for troubleshooting, service visibility, and security checks — not as corporate experience.

Environment

A personal lab on Ubuntu with multiple services and containers running locally.

Responsibility

Monitor the host and catch failures or exposure issues early.

Execution

Checked disk, RAM, systemd services, Docker containers, backend health, Redis, and sent alerts to Telegram.

Outcome

The lab surfaced a real issue where Docker exposed Redis to the internet despite firewall rules, which was valuable as a troubleshooting exercise.

AI & Automation Lab

A secondary advantage, not the main identity

This is presented as a practical lab for workflows, not as the headline of the CV.

Oz Amira uses AI agents to help with development, research, and repetitive work.

The useful part is orchestration: Telegram gateway, Docker, APIs, and MCP tools are connected into a workflow that makes troubleshooting and small automation tasks easier to run and repeat.

  • Use AI agents to speed up development, research, and repetitive work without making AI the headline.
  • Connect Telegram gateway, Docker, APIs, and MCP tools so tasks can move through one practical workflow.
  • Focus on orchestration, troubleshooting, and workflow design that a non-technical hiring manager can understand quickly.
