The environment is a set of active client systems with mixed cloud and on-prem infrastructure, where the main requirement is to keep services stable while rolling out changes safely.
- Responsible for Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure, Google Workspace, Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, and DHCP in day-to-day operations.
- Handled Tier 2/3 issues and production incidents, with focus on root-cause troubleshooting and safe resolution under pressure.
- Managed FortiGate rules, VPNs, allowed domains, APs, endpoint security, backup tools, and VMware ESXi across client environments.
- Planned onboarding, migrations, and new environment setup with distribution through Atera, Active Directory, and Azure.

Result
